Papa John's Pizza

As far as carryout service goes, my order is always fresh, hot and ready in 20 minutes. Definitely enjoy the taste of the pizza, more so than Pizza Hut or Mazzio's. Like I mentioned, I can't speak for Delivery, but as far as carryout service I highly recommend.

Wish I could rate them higher but their pizza always has large air bubbles in it. And is usually cold when I get it.

This pizza was definitely reheated. I’ve never had papa johns that tasted this bad. It would be good for a gas station heating lamp pizza but I expect better from papa johns. I figured I was in trouble when my pizza was ready in less than 5 minutes and I ordered a “works” pizza. I’m sure they had a cold one that never got picked up and they just saved it and ran it back through the oven when I ordered. Not cool.nnI will say in the past their pizza was very good at this location. I think a lot of places in Woodward have gone down hill since the last time I was her a few years back. I think their over-all economy is struggling maybe.

Called twice to attempt to order some pizza for lunch, no answer. Called the Convenience store, also no answer. They obviously don’t care about your business, but judging from the reviews of this place I’m not sure I’d give them my business in the future. Shame.

Ordered diet Pepsi - got regular pepsi (driver went back to the store to correct).nnOrdered additional sauces which weren't included. Called the store so the driver could bring them.nnEdited to add: it took the driver over 30 minutes to return (less than 4 miles distant). By then, I was done eating. Guess I'll drink my diet Pepsi for dessert and the sauces will go to waste.nnOrdered bacon cheese bread sticks. Got regular bread sticks. Label on the box read bacon cheese bread sticks. Didn't realize it until I was half way through the sticks.nnOverall, the delivery was 15 minute after estimated time given. The pizza and bread sticks showed it. Definitely not hot. More like a step or two over luke warm.nnGave 2 stars only because of the prompt correction without fuss. Otherwise, it would be 1 star. If you would get your act together, your definitely have much more business from me as well as more stars.nnEdited to add: I had to take a star away because of return time of driver.
