Donated some coats, good that they will clean them and donate to needy folks...
I came to this business to have my suit dry cleaned for a job interview. Not only was I not contacted when it was completed, the shirt looked worse when they were done with it! My white suit shirt was pressed full of black lint. I will be going to Tulsa for my dry cleaning in the future.
I don't visit Yale Cleaners. They destroyed my dress shirt buttons and gave a explanation but no repairs.
They were perfect... til I took my coat in. I had lost my buttons & they said they could fix it. They said to pick up next day but I forgot until after they had closed Saturday. We had major freeze so wore 6 layers of clothes to pick it up. They forgot about the buttons! Don't know if it just sat there or if they cleaned it which wasn't needed. Supposed to pick up today. Will wait for outside temperature is at least 32 degrees. Price hasn't been too expensive but hoping they discount how much I pay. Hopefully I can change this review again later!
