Wooten Plumbing is an easy company to work with. They do excellent work, are courteous and fairly priced. I am impressed that I speak with a live person to call and schedule appointments. They also called me to advise my technician was 30-45 minutes away so I was not tied to my home all day “waiting”. Roberto assisted us today and was very courteous. He is extremely knowledgeable about his work and was patient with our questions. The job was finished correctly and in a timely manner (outdoor faucet leak). I love that the owner provides me with his personal email, should I have any questions. It is rare to feel truly comfortable with contractors, and for these reasons I will not hesitate to use them again.

Hands down the best service we've received. Had an issue and they not only fixed it but explained step by step what was going on. Also, they were masked up and wore shoe coverings. Very impressed.

I have had Wooten plumbing come repair several things in my home over the years and have been very happy with their work. I had them come replace a toilet and leaky faucet in my bathtub in October. The guys did a great job with the plumbing work. We did have a small issue with the job but once the owner Brian became aware of the problem he was very nice and professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our repairs. I recommend Wooten Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done!

Employees were friendly and they got the job done, but the company just overcharges way too much to be 5 stars. I cannot believe what we ended up paying just to have some tree roots unclogged from our drains. Workers were really great- prices not so much.nnOn a side note- seeing the owner of the company passive aggressively replying to some of the negative reviews on here is tacky and off-putting. Probably won’t recommend this company to anyone for that reason alone.

Very responsive and got out quickly and did good work. Pricing was high and invoice does not break down labor and parts. Replaced pilot assembly and cleaned combustion chamber and was on site just less than 2 hours and was $658. Felt like it was $200 more than reasonable. Have no idea how much parts and labor were so felt like there was a lack of transparency. I won't use again unfortunately as I felt like I was being taken advantage of.
