Very disappointed. I read the previous reviews and totally agree with the "not polite at all" comments. Went and asked the employee for help with an order through the app. I wanted to order through there to get a discount. The discount was applied but when I would press "place order" it would say it couldn't update the information. I asked the employee for help. She did not pay attention to me and just said "the discount will be applied when you check out" when that wasnt even the problem. I assumed she would helped me since the app is from their restaurant. She told another person which I think was their manager but they did nothing about it. I walked out of the restaurant. I have high expectations in customer service. I work at a restaurant and love what I do. They might not be happy with their jobs or life but no customer is guilty about that. We are at a job to provide a service with manners. Hope service gets better.

Associates here don't check for certain foods when asked and others don't know how to have a good attitude. I went here and one girl said they were out of egg when the other said they weren't. I even had to tell the girl making my sandwich I wanted pickle multiple times for her to actually do it.

There were two employees working at the time with myself and another customer who was sitting before I got there. Ordered my sandwich and started looking for a clean table to sit at. Found one reasonably clean and ate. The entire time I was there they had one more customer show up and not once did any employee clean any tables. The 3rd customer got his sandwich and walked through the store looking for a place to sit without luck. Went back to the fountain area put a lid on his drink and took his food to his car. The food was good but the cleanliness needs help

Will never go to this location ever again and highly recommend to not go to this location. I provided proof of my accident purchase and they refused to charge back my order from the day before or even provide the sandwiches that I accidentally paid for. So, what happened? I was left empty handed and was told to contact the 1800 number when there is no representatives to talk too. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed of the lack of service I've received.
