The service person did a good job and the work is holding up well. I recommend you note the actual work start time as they charge by the hour and each quarter after the first hour.

I called at 10:00am on Saturday to schedule service for my leaky sink, was told I would be contacted the same day by a technician. Waited all day, no phone call. When I called to check about the situation at 8:00pm, the person who answered the phone didn't seem to understand why I would be frustrated.

I cannot say enough great things about Tammy from Bob's Plumbing. We have had issue after issue after buying our home three years ago and after trying out three different Norman plumbers, we have finally found an honest, trustworthy company. Tammy was able to find our issue and get it fixed. I will only use this company moving forward. I think Tammy spent a total of 7+ hours at our home over the course of two appointments and the pricing was very reasonable and our issues were completely fixed. So thankful for Bob's Plumbing.

On the 4th of July, with our house full of family, Tammy from Bob’s Plumbing made an emergency service call to our house. Our plumbing was clogged and backing up. She was courteous, professional, fixed our issue in less than an hour and charged us a reasonable price for the service call. Highly recommend this company. Would definitely use them again!
