Office staff was kind and professional. Colt came out to our home and did a great job in an efficient manner with a professional and friendly manner! Will definitely call them next time!!!

I have used mds several times in the past. And left a five star review. However, their management probably has changed recently, resulting in significant drop in their service. I had a shower tub diverter problem, so I called mds. First, the lady who received my call didn’t have a service record. So the next day, when I was waiting for the plumber and called them, they said they didn’t have a work order, and rushed to send someone. The person they sent out was unable to fix the problem, and called the office to schedule another visit to replace the faucet. They were scheduled for the next two days, and I even called the office to confirm. Guess what, two days later, no one shows up, so I called them again, they don’t have my work order!!!! They promised to check and call me back. But never did! Their office nowadays has really bad management, and don’t care about their customers. I found another plumber who fixed it in less than three hours. Mds has lost our business forever.

I had a good experience using MDS Plumbing. Price was fair and scheduling was easy -- they called to confirm time the day before and then called when they were on their way. Colt installed my garbage disposal and did a wonderful job! He was efficient and friendly and cleaned up the area after install.

Guy said he would show up at 2 but didn'take it til 4. Then he said he would be back with a part he needed. 2 days later I can't get them to answer the phone. I guess he didn't say when he would be back so technically he wasn't lying yet.
