Recommend this cleaner without reservation. Got the job done and even had it ready 2 hours earlier for me without charging extra. Was excellent service.

I came in at 1:00 to see if I could get my son’s graduation gown steamed so we could take a few pictures because I was only in town for a few hours. They fit me, had it done within an hour, and it only cost me $4. Thank you so much. You were a line saver.

I have used this cleaners for a few months on mainly slacks and button down shirts. The staff is generally friendly and responsive.nnI recently took a Balani suit in to be cleaned. After picking up the suit I noticed that all but one button on the jacket was damaged, and one button on the pants was also damaged. I am not sure how the damage to the buttons was not brought to my attention when I picked it up. I didn't think to check for damage until the next time I needed the suit, at which point it was too late to have it repaired in time for the event.nnMy complaint is in two main parts:n1: the damage to the suit buttons.nn2: the fact that it was returned to me without making me aware of the damage done at the cleaners.nnThe second item, to me, is more egregious as it directly impacted my ability to use the suit when I needed it.nnI would advise this location for lower value items, but would not advise trusting them with your higher value articles of clothing.nnEdit:nDue to the quick response by the owner and the willingness to resolve the issue I've updated the review to four stars.

I have gone to this Walden’s location for years and always received superb service and quality. For that reason, I probably should have written this review a long time ago. But today, the staff really went above and beyond. I dropped off a suit Friday and just asked for it back by Monday afternoon. By Monday morning, I realized I needed it the suit for an out-of-state funeral. I showed up Monday morning. The great folks scrambled to find the suit and press my shirt all in about 15 minutes. They obviously didn’t have to do all that. I’m very grateful you can still get this kind of great small-town service.
