I usually never write reviews on places, but I felt this one was necessary. Before I went in, i read some of the reviews for Walden’s and noticed that only a little more than half were positive. Since it seemed like they were my best option in Norman, I figured they’d be worth a shot. That was a huge mistake on my part. I’m extremely disappointed to say that on my first and only visit to Walden’s they destroyed my suit jacket. Whatever they did left random white splotches in spots all over the left side of the jacket. If I Google allowed me to give zero stars I would do it in a heartbeat. Don’t go to Walden’s, save yourself the head and heartache!
Service and quality were fine, but $5.99 for polo is highway robbery. Found a place for $1.99. My fault for not checking prices up front.
Pricing is way too high, even as a rewards member. Quality of the shirts is average to below average. Sometimes when many shirts are placed in one garment bag, the sleeves are so bunched up together they end up getting wrinkled and I have to press again at home to make them look crisp. I finally decided to look elsewhere and found a new home at 36th NW and Rock Creek Rd. for less money and better quality.
