I stayed there with my husband and two kids. They have wonderful suite room for 4 of us. The room is well maintained and the bed are super comfy. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good, love it! I would definitely stay there again if I visit Norman.
I called earlier in day (about noon) to confirm a 4 day reservation. When I got there I was told I did not have a reservation and there was nothing that could b done 4 me. I looked on app and there were rooms available. Poor customer service spotless not recommend.
The staff was very friendly! The hotel presented itself as very nice and clean. The rooms were very neat and overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone in town!
I stayed at this hotel for five days and everyday was well managed! Clean rooms and staff is friendly! It was a great and positive environment
We booked a three night stay one week before the trip. Arrived late on a Friday night and was greeted by an approx. 16 year old kid behind the counter who informed us that all of the rooms where occupied and they had no rooms available. When questioned why they gave our RESERVED room away the kid had no answer and looked dumn-founded. First, hire competent workers to work behind the counter, second don't give reserved away rooms to others. They also charged may credit card for a three night stay and i have yet to be reimbursed. SAD!
