We checked in on Feb 26 after 6 pm, my husband said the girl at the front desk was a little rude and you could tell she didn't want to be there, he had a few questions and she was snippy. This was our first stay at La Quinta in Oklahoma most have been in Texas so for friendliness Texas wins! The room was clean except for the storage shelves in the bathroom had not been dusted in a very long time I could write my name in the dust. Overall not a bad place to stay.
It was okay. Everyone was nice but they have literally zero amenities. I'm assuming because of Covid; however when they aren't offering breakfast, pool, laundry, fitness room OR house keeping... they shouldn't be charging full price for rooms. You can't even connect a game system to their TV, which most hotels offer.
Staff was rude at check in, lady had a serious power issue. Not sure she remembers that the hotel needs guests to stay in business. I am a rewards member, we got a suite hoping it would be nicer than regular rooms, and this was probably going to be our last stay at la Quinta. Front door was broken so had to enter from the side. Room was dirty with food pieces in the refrigerator and smeared all over the outside of the microwave. Shower was dirty and had hair in it. There is no way this room was cleaned before us, in these days that is totally unacceptable. Only thing this hotel has going for it is that it accepts pets. Word of advice to whoever owns this hotel.....fire the staff!

rooms are very clean and the ac in the rooms is phenomenal. The lobby and elevator are a little run down (this might be due to the fact this hotel is pet friendly) but the rooms are pristine. Would stay here again simply for the high quality bed and room set up. There are some COVID new regulations and they have stopped access to the gym. and breakfast. A little unfortunate but I understand the current climate that requires this be done.
