Staying at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. Hotel staff was very professional and extremely helpful. My grandson left his cell phone in our room and one of the employees called to let us know. This was icing on the cake for a great weekend.
Besides a clean comfortable room, the night front desk lady, Jody was so great! She was courteous, friendly and super helpful even when I had to come down several times to buy snacks or add a night onto my room she always had a smile and a few jokes. Great experience- would definitely recommend. Give Jody a raise she has great customer service skills!!!
I spent several hours today trying to find a hotel with an indoor pool that was available and when I called, the clerk said it was in fact open and available today without restrictions. Our small children were very excited, but when we got here, a different clerk informed us reservations were required, and there was nothing to be done except wait til the next day. There was no attempt or effort made to off set the issue, so I am submitting a much lower rating than I usually do.
When we got to our room and pulled the sofa bed out the sheets and been used. Called the front desk and she was rude. We were told it will be a few minutes or if we wanted we could get them ourselves. We didn't feel that we should have to remove someone else's dirty sheets Isn't that in on the price to have clean sheets.....Well she came to the door with our sheets and was like her you gonWhen asked what we were supposed to do with the dirty sheets she said we could just throw them on our floor. Really??? There was not an extra blanket or pillow in the room either for that bed. Hard pass on staying there againud83dude21
I’ve used this hotel as a safe haven for the past 11 years. My entire experience was horrible beginning to end. Checked out early. Disappointed in the direction this hotel has gone.
