Stayed here in July for a couple of nights. The desk clerk was very friendly. I believe his name was Charles. The hotel was clean and decent for the price. It is a bit old and could use some updating, especially in the bathroom, but it was definitely a good experience!
So, this review is very late. We actually stayed back in March, right before Covid shut downs. With that being said....nnOur hotel stay was great, we were there for a week taking care of my husband’s Veteran’s business. The hotel and room was absolutely clean. The front desk staff was great, took care of everything that was asked of them. They even mailed us my daughters Apple Watch that she left by accident. But, let it be known that AMBER made our trip. Amber made sure that we taken care of during breakfast every morning. Amber was a breathe of fresh air, every morning. Had a reservation and had to cancel because they had the pool closed . When I made the reservation they said the pool was open. Justine was amazing. She called another hotel called another marriot and got me a room there where the pool was working. She went above and beyond to help me. Marriot needs more front desk clerks like her. She made sure I had everything I needed. Qnd was so nice
I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here at Fairfield Inn and Suites! The staff was so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend!!
