Had a problem with my Shell Rewards app this morning and both the clerk and manager were excellent when addressing it. Gas stations in the morning can be like the LA freeway system and both of them took care of not only myself, but all other customers while I was there. Stellar!
Nice little gas station in a convenient part of town. They're always kind enough to let my bring in my own food to microwave it, which I do frequently. Sadly their soft drink dispenser doesn't have a water button like most, so I have to use the bathroom sink to fill my reusable water bottle.
HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT GET CAR WASH HERE, dryers do not go off and staff is stand offish and unhelpful, I WILL NEVER GO BACK, reconsider your customer service initiatives and get a new car wash, disappointing!
