Hector and Greg were fantastic when they came to look over and quote my pluming issue. They were very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I really appreciated that the estimate was free! I was never pressured to add additional services. The quote seemed very reasonable! Looking forward to seeing how the repair goes!
Tim with Plumb Crazy came out to fix a clogged pipe for my washing machine. He was friendly, efficient and able to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand (I am not a plumber). Totally happy with their service and the cost. Would call them again for other plumbing issues. Great service!
I was able to get a same day appointment even when calling late in the morning because a scheduled plumber cancelled an hour before he was to be at my home to fix an active leak. Kevin was friendly, professional and showed respect for my home. He made sure everything was working perfectly and clean up was an important part of his job for him. I also appreciate the excellent communication with emails and a phone call and photo to let me know when he was on his way. Thank you!
My pipes froze and burst in the crawl space under my home due to extreme weather. I was able to get immediate appointment! The crew were knowledgeable and quick. They explained everything in a way that I would understand as a lay person. Fixed everything in under 2 hours. I will definitely use them again for future repair and services. 10/10
Tim Park and his assistants Sam and Braden were very polite and professional. Our problem was not an easy fix but they worked hard and tried mutiple ways to fix it for us. We really appreciated their follow through. They also always called before coming and wore masks which we were grateful for. I would recommend this company because of the great job they did for us.
