We had our a/c quit. (One of 2 units) Called S&J. She told me that the tech were booked solid fir that day. We scheduled a appointment for later. The day if the appointment, Curtis called me. He was running a little ahead of schedule and asked if we were available. OF COURSE WE WERE ! ! He found the problem, gave us the estimate of repairs. He was quick, thorough, and very efficient. We really appreciate the continued great service we have received from S&J over the years ! Thanks for the friendly personal attitude.

Called in with an issue and I was out of town. My AC was down and it was one of the hottest days of the year. They where there that afternoon and had me up and running within hours of the call. Great hvac co. The new management has really made some positive changes.

They really treat you like family. Any time I've ever had an issue, they've never hesitated to take my call. Whether they can simply help troubleshoot over the phone to solve a small issue or make the drive to us (and we are located in Oklahoma City), they always go above and beyond to get the job done and ensure we are satisfied customers. I've recommended them to many of my friends because I know they are good people who are honest and fair, which is why I've been a return customer.
