I dropped off two pairs of dress slacks to be dry cleaned at 7:15am. I received a text saying they were ready for pickup at 4:00pm the same day. The slacks were clean and looked great. They did not smell bad either. Some previous reviewers stated their clothes smelled bad when they picked them up. Mine did not smell bad. However, I did not have my slacks starched. Maybe it is the starch chemical that was making people’s clothes stink. Everything was great with my experience at this place. I would defiantly recommend this particular Legacy Cleaners location at NW 164th & May Ave.

Legacy Cleaners is a stand up local business! Their customer service exceeded my expectations.nAt first, I questioned my experience because my Keep it Local card was ignored but Monte and his great team promptly stepped in to correct a minor problem.nEach piece of clothing was cleaned and lightly starched as requested. A job well done!

Dropped off clothes on Monday and was told they would be ready by Tuesday. Went to pick up clothes and Tuesday and they still weren’t ready. Was told to come back on Wednesday. I went twice on Wednesday and clothes still weren’t ready. They were closed for Thanksgiving so I was told they would be ready by Saturday. Just went and my clothes still were not ready. Now I have to wait until Monday when I needed they clothes for TODAY! No one could give me any reasons as to why my clothes weren’t ready. When I asked to speak to he manager I was told I could call her on Monday! If I ever get my clothes back I will NOT be using them ever again!

Had a leather bag cleaned due to a stain.nThe stain is still there but the leather is completely discolored and scratched. Please do not bring any leather goods here .
