After having to fire our Contractor, Walker Carpets came in and saved the day for us. I would recommend using them anytime you need any floor or tile work done. They are amazing, and we are so thankful they were there to fix everything and make things as we hoped they should have been. I would rate them higher than 5 stars if it would let me.

I would definitely recommend Billy Walker carpet to anyone. Their customer service and attention to detail is beyond reproach.
Extremely disappointed. We wanted to give our money to a local business and it has only turned around to bite us. We had our carpet placed in February in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom connected to it. When they came to move the furniture they put our heavy dressers in the small bathroom with MARBLE tile. Needless to say they left large gouges in the marble tile, ruining it. They agreed they ruined it and were willing to fix the problem. After months of trying to get a time scheduled for them to do so, it has still yet to be done. It is the end of July. Poor customer service and communication all around.
I highly recommend Walker Carpets! They offer a great selection and very competitive prices. No reason to drive out of town for a wider selection of wood flooring, wood grain tile, standard tile and tons of decorative tile material for kitchens and bathrooms. Oh yeah, and carpet too! The staff and installers go above and beyond to get the job done right.
