Out of over 6 hotels we have been at in Altus this is by far the best. Excellent staff, service, cleanliness, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed . We will never go anywhere else but here with my wife and kids. Thank you and hope to be back soon.
We arrived and there was a moldy smell to the room. The air conditioner filter were caked with fuzz and dirt. The room was filthy. The shower mat was moldy. The microwave and fridge were dirty as well. The floor was not vacuumed. The drawers had crumbs in then. The chair had a dity spoon in it. We rinsed out the a.c. filter. We called the front desk and asked them to clean it. We left to eat. She only cleaned what we pointed out. The smell remained and the floor was still dirty. The bath mat was left moldy as well. Needless to say we did not stay. We were there for my husband's birthday.
