$306 to replace a kitchen faucet and hook up a new gas range. Charged for two hours when it should have been one. Up charged supplies used also after I went to fetch some parts for them . Advertise military discount but not for veterans we found out. They did come out quickly but will not recommend to others.
My situation was I had an outdoor faucet that was leaking into the wall, so I called Luke Buchanan to get this resolved. On the phone I explained to Luke what the problem was. When his employee arrived at my house, however, he did not have anything he needed to do the job. He looked at the problem, then said he didn't have the tools, and also that he had to leave to go to town to buy a new faucet.nnTwo hours later he returned with the faucet and tools, and got to work. Within no more than an hour, the job was done and he handed me a bill for almost $400.nnI called Luke and he said that he charged me for over 3 hours of labor. Obviously, he billed me for the two hours that his worker was out doing who-knows-what.nnI had to pay the bill (what choice did I have?) but complained to Luke, who refused to do anything about it. On top of that, that evening his worker called me from his personal cell phone later to complain that I was disputing the charges. To say that this felt threatening is an understatement.
