I was very happy, with my stay.Customer service was great, beyond what I've encountered in a long time in the hospitality field. Very clean from the time I stepped into the lobby until I reached my room. Continental breakfast included in the very reasonable if not great price for a hotel room in this area. Would have given 5 stars but my shower was broken, bath worked fine but I prefer a shower.
This mattress was so soft we almost slept on the floor. Sunk in and thought we suffocated our dog. Room was big. Had a sink and microwave, refrigerator. Two chairs that sink in like the mattress. Not comfortable. Coffee table. Table and two chairs to sit at. Had a great breakfast. Hard boiled ud83eudd5a eggs. Egg muffin with sausage and egg and cheese. Toast and jelly. Raisen bran cereal. Orange juice. Milk. Very good breakfast.?? People can walk right outside your window and see in. Area to walk dog is small.
Bed was super comfortable, room good size, nice & clean. Was supposed to have a pull out couch for the kiddo, but apparently they don't have the couches anymore like the room receipt showed. No elevator, so get a 1st floor room if you have a lot of luggage. Evening staff was friendly.
