A lot of changes here at Buffalo run. I can't wait to see what the run has done when they are finished. They're doing a total remodel on the back half of the casino. Remodeling Coleman house restaurant. Lots and lots of new games in their new Launchpad section. And they have put in a new gift shop in the last year. Their new entertainment is a piano playing singer, he seems to be very popular with the local crowd. But temporarily the only food offered is fast convenient Pizza, sandwiches, cookies and burgers.
They like to take alot of my money but that's my fault I win big then spend most of it back. But the casino is nice, friendly, and clean. And the machines hit pretty good. It's a nice casino to go to. There hotel is also really nice. The only other one that's nicer is Downstream. But it's so big you get lost and you can't leave anyone you'll take all night finding each other. But Buffalo Run is the perfect size. Not to small and not to big. I recommend staying the night in the hotel then going to the casino. Make a night of it. You'll enjoy your self.
The trucker lounge is like stopping by your favorite aunt's house. Come inside grab a snack and shower while they wash a load of laundry for you then relax on the couch watching tv before going over to the casino for dinner. The best 34 I've had in awhile. Everyone was super friendly. They took a lot of care in making the space comfortable and relaxing. I'm going to guess they could hold 40+trucks
They have semi parking so if you're low on hours you can park there. They have a driver's lounge also up front that you can get your clothes washed for $10 doesn't matter how much you have and showers for $10. They are extremely nice. They have meal deals for truckers a $3 burger basket with fries and if you want a room its $65 for truckers. Will stop by again.
Staff was less than helpful when having questions. Hotel only gives discounts to truckers and not other people who drive commercially. Must show a CDL to get discounted rate...won't darken their doorstep anytime again soon. Will continue to frequent Choctaw casinos as they have the best rewards programs and don't discriminate between commercial DOT drivers and truckers.
