Room was so spacious, nice decor, there was a full menu/buffet for breakfast. An actual hot breakfast and a brown bag as most hotels are now issuing. The hotel staff was fast and friendly. We had such a happy visit!

The staff at this hotel was wonderful especially the young lady at the first desk named Oliva. The room my husband and I stayed in was very clean and beautiful. We will go back and we would suggest this hotel to any and everyone. Thanks to all the staff at Hy-Lo Hotel for making our weekend wonderful.

Hylo is definitely one of my favorite hotels in this area. Great staff - super friendly and attentive. The rooms are very high class and have a modern feel. You won’t regret staying here.

Well let me start off by saying I never write reviews, so for me to take the time to do this means a lot. First things first when we got to the hotel to check in the, the lady that checked us in tells us that the water pressure is low, which we said that’s fine as long as we can shower and use the toilets we’re fine. But no, we get to our room and there’s completely zero water!! Which I understand the whole city was experiencing this and it’s out of there control but do not lie to us and tell us there we can still shower and use the restroom when we could not!! And to top it off the cable was out, never worked. Our original booking was for two nights which we decided the very next morning after our first this was absolutely unexceptionable to have to pay $300 for a room we can’t shower, use the toilet or watch tv in!!! So we decided to check out, as we we’re checking out we ask the lady that is currently working the desk is there any possible way we can get a discount for everything, this lady never even looks up at us, and literally all she says is no. And continued to look down at her screen. She said we’ll just charge you for one night since you’re checking out early. Such a disappointment coming here this was our fist time staying and we had such high hopes.

The toilet had pee in it and hair in the sink, in spite of that, we went to the casino, which is one of the only advantages, it being within a small distance. When we got back, I noticed that the floor wasn't very clean, and the walls in the bathroom weren't very clean. In the morning, the breakfast was good,and the coffee choices were nice. Then, I showered quick as possible, so not to look around too much..unfortunately, when staying in a hotel, I love being able to take long hot showers, so that was sad..nInstead of staying till checkout, we got out asap, so we'd stop noticing things around the room we'd found offputting.nWe will not stay again.
