Usually we enjoyed our time at La Quinta but this one on this location need some improvement,nnI was waiting at front desk for a good wait to check-in,nnThe room feels sticky/moist from the floor to the bed, No kleenexs the toilet already clogged up before use.
My wife and I stay at La Quinta Inns a lot. The staff at the Durant location has to be the best we have ever encountered . From check in, to breakfast and leaving the motel the staff was helpful, and very, very pleasant. We will be back. Thank you La Quinta Durant we really enjoyed our stay with you.
Nice hotel and staff, I would recommend taking your own pillows there's are hard as rocks, and when I went to front desk to ask for an extra because only 3 were on the king bed I was told they didn't have anymore but they could give me a comforter to roll up.
Good place. At first I was a little upset, first room the ac/heat did not work. So they moved me to another room. Then the fridge didn’t work and a few cosmic problems no big deal. We just delt with it. As I checked out the front office attendant was over nice. Asked how it went told her the issues was very upset for us. Told me that’s not how’s it’s done. Made me feel a lot better about things and even gave me a discount on our stay. We come to this location every 6 months or so. Being treated that well we will continue to keep coming to this location. Good job on the training of customer service!!
Once we arrived, I walked into the lobby only to find the front desk staff was not wearing a mask (07/24/20). This hotel offered no sense of security related to COVID-19. I arrived in the room a short time later only to find one of the beds was completely stripped and the room was dirty. I cancelled my reservation and was completely refunded.
