Caliche's Frozen Custard

Doesn't get any better, excellent!!

My husband loves this, because it offers good Coney Island style HOTDOGS - hard to find anymore. All kinds of good ol' hotdogs here. His favorite is the Texas Chili one. He also loves the MALTS. These are very old-fashioned. You just don't find these delicious, unusual drinks at many places. Don't be confused by the term "custard" - it means the rich hand-churned type of ice cream. The real stuff! And you can put all sorts of toppings on your "caliche." Always busy, and always worth the wait. A Las Cruces favorite. I like the rich ices! The staff is hard working and nice.

Love the frozen custard and would have given five stars but I have an issue with the Valley location...The person that handles the money should NOT be handling your food, too! If you’re using gloves and not changing them between transactions you’re not being hygienic. Manager should address this issue ASAP

Absolutely scrumptious and the staff is always super kind and bubbly. I seriously think every item on the menu is delicious and trust the fat man, I know.

AWESOME! I was in Cruces for a few days with a friend and he had never been to Caliches.He got hooked on them while we were there. We spent 6 days there and ended up going to Caliches 4 times. They're all good. You can't go wrong no matter what you order.
