Top notch personalized service from RJ and his team. They are quick to respond and do high quality work. Pioneer has done all of our plumbing and heating work from an updated heating system to a new well pump and pressure tank to helping with the installation of our own 1000gal propane take. These guys are the best.

Very professional comment Lisa. Must be why this company has the worst reputation in town. You expect anybody who sees something like that to want to do business with you? The customer is always right regardless of how you feel, remember that. I suggest learning how to present yourself when running a business, that explains why you guys have such a terrible reputation. I’ve heard several employees have quit from this company, I now see why. I would not want to work for people like this either. Verbally attacking a customer or former customer of yours is not a good idea, especially where everybody can see, regardless if they are right or wrong. I will certainly not be calling this company for my plumbing needs, and I will be sure to spread the word to those around me. However, all they really have to do is read your comment and I’m sure they would be turned away. I hope you find some sort of peace, because you seem like a very angry person. It’s unfortunate that I stumbled upon this while looking for someone to help fix plumbing issues. Upon asking around what the issue is here, I got nothing but bad reviews about this company. You can’t take business personal, I’m sure you will attack me too, but don’t waste your breath.

I have been a homeowner for more than 30 years and have had experience with several plumbing businesses. This one was clearly the worst I have ever dealt with. Cost overruns. Bad workmanship: two sinks leaked within weeks of installation. A shower with two shower heads is plummed that only one head can be used at a time. Billing process is completely out of control. I had to check every invoice in detail and found mistakes in most of them. Tried to charge for hours where employees just set in their trucks waiting for a senior person to show up and give them instructions.
