Very nice people. I called and they were in my driveway in less than 30 minutes. The lady answered the phone was very nice and helpful. The guys did an awesome job. The price is amazing you can't beat it. We will definitely get them if we have any more septic issues.
We bought an old house that had septic issues. I was apprehensive about calling anyone as I didn’t want a lot of bad news. I ended up waiting too long and it became an emergency. I called Mayland this morning, Heather responded and arranged for someone to come out that day. The two men showed up early afternoon, cleared the problem and were finished within 30 minutes. Now I wish I hadn’t waited so long to call them. Very professional and courteous! And the cost didn’t break the bank. As for the other review...I am not sure why they were eating anything from a septic company, but that might explain why the food was bad...
The company has several phone numbers listed in neighboring towns but only 1 location in Spruce Pine. The person answering the “office” phone is the owner’s wife. She enjoys watching “Outlander” on TV. She seemed pleasant, but was unable to make an appointment over a 3-month time period.
Service was slow , could not understand the person taking my orde, then the food sucked .
