i took clothes there friday 4 shirts 2 pants told me be ready wednesday when i go they bring out only 2 shirts and tell me the rest of my clothes missing then come back out with clothes not even mine so angry my $300 jeans missing ....!?
I had written a negative review, but since then have spoken with the owner and he was very receptive and has agreed to meet with me to see if we can settle my issue. We shall see.
Asked for work uniforms(4) to be steam press only...I explained that I already washed them at home and the cleaners process mess up the reflective safety material. I turned them in around 11 am Friday. They said I can pick up after 5 pm Saturday which I did. My shirts were pressed but my pants weren't. I asked could she press them since I need to be in full uniform for work Monday she explained everyone that operate the machines in the back are gone for the day. I thought I could trust them to have such a simple task done. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Very nasty attitude. Unpleasant experience. Clothes not ready yet! Definitely NOT returning!
The cleaning is not bad but don't believe them when they your stuff will be ready in 15 minutes when you call. Wait an hour or more before picking your stuff up if they tell you that.
