My parents dropped off 19 shirts to be dry cleaned on March 3. They paid $52 up front. Went back to get the shirts and they say the shirts were picked up!! My parents still have the ticket!! How were they picked up without the ticket?? They have been back 4 times since then to inquire about the shirts and each time they are simply told the shirts were picked up! They have not even offered to refund the money! They will meet me in the morning.
Will no longer patronize as of today. Went in to pick-up my item and as a customer I found it very inappropriate & unprofessional to be questioned about voting & politics.
I took a pair of trousers there for my suit to get altered. When they came back I trusted that the work had been done correctly since they came so highly recommended by a friend. When I got home and tried them on they were still 3 inches too long. Closed for the Christmas holiday I had to wait an entire week to take them back. When I went back in, she wanted to charge me AGAIN for the same work that wasn’t done right the first time. I asked, so I need to pay again for work that wasn’t done right the first time. She looked right at me and said. Yes. I will never take anything back there and never recommend this tailor to anyone else.
