Quick Response, Quote, Work, and Well Done!nWe just purchased our first home and have a long list of things to do. After spending considerable time contacting various companies for various scopes of work, I have come to value quick and clear communication and reliable work, and this is exactly what I found with Legacy Plumbing. I submitted an online inquiry on a Sunday afternoon, not expecting to hear back until later on Monday. I ended up getting an email in about 30 minutes with a description of their work process and an anticipated quote for the work. I called Jamie back and I was scheduled on Tuesday (wow)! The technician, Juan, was absolutely amazing. He called me about 20 minutes before showing up and showed up right on his scheduled time. I walked him through the problem (a leaking pipe from a pedestal sink). He gave me some possible ideas on the leak and would look into it. 30 minutes later he had identified and fixed the problem and cleaned up the site. He showed me the damage and how he solved it. He ALSO showed me a potential problem in my toilet that he noticed when flushing it. He showed me how I can easily fix this problem (which is a problem on all three of our toilets) myself. I greatly appreciated Juan's professionalism, quick and high quality work, and his going above and beyond to show me another problem that I could solve myself before it becomes more serious. I can say that I have had some pretty hair-pulling experiences working with some companies at our new home, but Legacy Plumbing was not one of them. They made the entire process easy from beginning to end. ALSO, the work was completed and cost LEST than the original quote, which was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Legacy Plumbing. They will be my go-to plumbing company for our future years as a home owner.
