Subway

I would’ve rated 3 stars if my meatball marinara sandwich wasn’t frozen on the inside. Could be more welcoming and friendly. Probably won’t come back to this one.

Ordered 3 subs online, and was notified they were ready to pick up. The subs weren't ready, they hadn't even started them, but yet they were making sandwiches for walk in customers. We waited 30 minutes for subs that should've been ready. Don't say something is ready to pick up if it isn't. You're wasting my time, and the service was so disorganized at this location, that I won't be back!

Food is good, though the bread was a little dried out. They were out of meatballs, so I went with turkey for the family. Customer Service is not so great. The young lady working the counter around 1:15-1:35 PM on Friday, October 4, 2019 was very unfriendly. We intentionally went out of our way to another Subway, because the one closer to us has a cranky young lady working there every time we went. The young man working at this location today very kind and friendly. This falls back on management and parenting. They either aren't training these girls properly or aren't checking up on their customer service skills. Disappointing. It's not that difficult to smile and be friendly to customers. I have a son with autism and I've taught him how to greet people. It can be done. Please like my review if you appreciate that I take my time to honestly review/inform/update on this place before you spend your money. Thank you.

Subway is a grest place to eat. I live that you can add many veggies on your sandwich. Staff is nice.
