Wow.... I have been going here for years and I give them good business of at least $40 and often much more for my dry cleaning. I just took my very large order of over $60. They only button the top button and the dress shirts get a long crease in the front. The suit jackets look like they were hung out to dry. I took these items back. The woman I talked to told me they do not button more than the top button an they get over 400 items a day. She told me that I may want to find a different dry cleaners. I was taken back by her carefree and careless nature. I was very nice when she approached me and for her to demonstrate an attitude which demonstrates I don't need your business. And, we don't care enough to make a change to please customers. Then I guess she really doesn't need my business. So, I will be going elsewhere and I will highly recommend others to do the same. Their prices are a little less than other places. However, luckily I was able to compare the quality of work just two weeks ago and for the difference in price, the attitude and caring about customers and maintaining a business, etc., it's worth me paying $1.00 more per shirt elsewhere.

I have been coming here for over a decade. Great people. Great product. Great value. The only thing I would suggest is turning on the Air Conditioning! It is HOT in your store. Think about your very dedicated employees working in those conditions day in and day out. I don't care if you have to raise prices; put on the HVAC system for your customers and especially for your employees.

I've spent about $600 here over three years without incident but they ruined an expensive pair of dress pants. The owner Hetal Petal is never there when I come in and he never calls to address the problem as indicated he would by the staff. The damage policy is 10x the cost of the cleaning, so $25. These pants were $200. Never again Hetal. Expensive mistake to ignore me. I'm using Medlin Davis down the street, never had a damaged garment there.

This cleaners is the best deal in town, both in price and quality! I have been going for the past couple of years and the service has been consistent and clothes come back smelling clean and nicely pressed. We get a variety of different items dry cleaned (sweaters, blouses, dress pants, etc), so $2.50 per garment is a terrific deal. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try a new cleaners or looking to find a solid discount cleaners in Cary.
