This is hands down the best dry cleaner ever! They do excellent work, have a one-day turnaround and are always so friendly and accommodating. They do unbelievable repairs and amazing alterations too. The one time (in three years using them multiple times a week) I had an item not back on time, they delivered it to my house after hours just to ensure I had it for a flight that I had early the next day. Their customer service is truly unparalleled! So awesome!

This was my first time as a customer, and it was a totally positive experience. From their drop off with COVID safe measures to their communications about being finished to pick up and my new customer coupon, it was great! They saved the comforter bag I brought mine in to return to me and placed my items in the back seat since it would not fit through my window. Madison was so pleasant and the cleaning was a great value too. Comforter looks white as snow, thanks Medlin-Davis!

I got 2 dresses and 2 shirts cleaned (no stains or other added issues, just a standard clean) and it was $52! I’d love to know what they charge for men’s dress shirts because I’m sure it is far less than the $7.60 for my tank top made of non-fancy fabric. Pricing higher for women’s clothing is just sexist, plain and simple. The prices are not advertised or shared on a receipt when you drop off, so you get sticker shock when you pick up. The items were cleaned just fine, but there are far cheaper cleaners in Cary and Raleigh.nnAlso, when I filled out my new customer info they ask for your email address. In the 11 days since I dropped my things off I have received 10 EMAILS, all of which but one were advertising, asking for Facebook likes and asking for a google review (LOL, looks like that reminder backfired for them). It’s unacceptable for any business, much less a dry cleaner to be emailing customers every single day. Please stop this practice.

Beware of the prices. I did not anticipate that a woman's spaghetti strap romper and pair of shorts would cost $34.44. I was up charged for linen fabric, lining and having a white item. I was charged $20.44 for a romper. I was floored. I do believe these prices are unreasonable. Medlin-Davis even charged for the flimsy white belt that accompanied the white shorts. If I would have known that I would have removed the belt before drop off.
