Medlin-Davis is the most professional and responsive dry cleaning service we have ever used. We have used their services for 2+ years and are very satisfied. If there ever is a concern, they are on it! They effectively use technology which we were impressed with. We get an email and text reminders the day before a pick up which is very helpful. Brett also calls before holidays to remind clients that they will be closed. That adds the personal touch. A+

Dropped off an item mid week and was told it would be back that Friday. Travelled to collect item and was told it just sent out that day. Not thrilled I simply accepted the new ticket and noticed it was much more descriptive regarding what needed done to the garment. Arrived again the following Monday and received my garment looking BEAUTIFUL. I asked for and was given a discount due to the delay.nnI will use them again and recommend them. They have drive thru accommodations only and other then their miscommunication issue they gave EXCELLENT costomer service to off set that.

Nothing but good things to say about my local Medlin-Davis. The ladies working there are always very pleasant and professional, my orders are typically ready several hours prior to the quoted time, they listen to any and all specific requests, never had a single issue, and the prices are competitive.

We had our clothes cleaned and they did an excellent job. My husband picked them up and was surprised because they put them in the car for him. We will use this business again.

Dry cleaned a suit for me at the last minute and it was ready the next day. They were the only ones out of the first 3 places I called which is honestly the reason I went there. They answered and told me they could get it done for the next day. Done deal. Drop off and pick up was super easy and they were very reasonably priced.
