You will not find a better dry cleaning and alteration business here in town. This business is fast and super friendly. They even remember my name when I come in! This is special customer service that has been forgotten in our age. If you’re looking to have something dry cleaned or altered, this will surely be a pleasant experience for you. Disgusting and dishonest. Before leaving there 1 cloth suit, 1 cloth pants, and 2 fancy jackets for dry cleaning, these clothes were clean and smelling good, I rarely wear them, but I just wanted to dry clean them for an important trip. When I picked up my clothes, my two fancy jackets were smelling strongly to underarm body odor, and had wrinkles like when you sit in a car wearing a jacket. Somebody in that store, with very poor personal hygiene, not using deodorant, used my jackets over the weekend. I could not believe this gross event could happen. It is disgusting. They are dishonest. Also, they damaged the fold seam of the jacket, where frantic joints with interior cover.
This is the Best place I’ve found for all my cleaning and Tailor needs. Great Prices too!! Highly Recommend
Very nice people and awesome service! My dry cleaning was done well and all of the stains were gone. I had also left a pair of pants to be tailored and they were able to get those done at the same time as the dry cleaning. They had originally told me it would take longer, which was understandable, but they were able to expedite them so I could pick up everything at once. Everything was nicely pressed too when I picked it up.
I just picked up my daughter’s prom dress which we had pressed and I was super impressed with the service. The gentleman walked me to my car to ensure that the dress would stay properly pressed. He literally moved my passenger seat so the dress would lay smoothly. That is definitely great customer service. The dress looks beautiful! We will definitely be repeat customers.
