Great service with curbside pickup. Finding the parking spots designated for that purpose was a little difficult but it turns out the spaces are right by the front door - the sign was just hard to see. Otherwise, the process was flawless and quick!

Been going to this store for years - it's my go-to place for just about anything tool/trailer/power equipment related. Staff are very visible and you'll get more help than the big box stores, plus they always know what they have in stock pretty readily. I would describe them as somewhere in between a Lowes and Tractor Supply, but with better service than either. They're a busy store, so check online to make sure they have what you need in stock. But even if they don't, they've always gotten my online orders delivered in just a few days. Like any other store they have a range of tools, some better than others, but I've had good luck with everything I've gotten there - tools in general are really you get what you pay for, so don't expect Snap-On quality from a store brand. They're the first place I look for tools and yard stuff, and they rarely disappoint me.

Northern Tool has a lot of great tools and supplies. They're staff is most often friendly and helpful. However, the Cary store will not honor the warranties. It is difficult to exchange something for an identical product. I have been denied an exchange, even once, several times. I've also been in line when other customers have also been denied an exchange for an identical product.
