Very disappointed. Half of the Washers do not work and they don't have signs...so you lose money. Then over half of the Dryers don't work. Once again not posted so they are continuously taking your money. Lint traps have not been cleaned out so the Dryers don't get very hot. I would not go back if there were other places close to choose from.
Most of the washers and dryers are out of order and the ones that do work just take your change and show a error code i lost like 15 dollars on this one dryer
Some of the machines are not working. There is no hours for an attendant to get you money back when the machines take it.
I would be embarrassed to say I owned/operated or managed this establishment. Pitiful excuse for a business. There is close to 30 out of order signs on dryers and washers. Then some are not labeled. Left for you to discover after loading your clothes and putting in laundry detergent and this was the triple loader. Very aggravating. Once you get your clothes in a working machine and ready to place in the dryer,yet another guessing game. I believe I counted 26 dryers and a total of 6 operated and put out heat. Some would take my money and not turn on. Some would turn on and not heat up at all. I lost 12.00 in the whole process. Then had to bring a few loads to dry at home. No contact info anywhere!!! I see how they are still in business. A new roof was just added recently. Looks nice on the outside. But then you walk in...ceiling tiles missing and falling. A variety of washers and dryers from different decades and over half need to be repaired.
Need phone number! Not seeing one ANYWHERE! Washer clogged and didn't rinse $3.00 + $3.00 to use another machine. Put money in dryer and buttons won't push or give my money back. A LOT is'out of order' Shameful!nJust took stuff out of dryer and ruined! Toddler winter coat, sleeping bag, and full size comforter. Trashed! Need PHONE NUMBER!
