At least they got back to me
Replaced the sewer line from the house to the main in the street. Did the job fast, at quoted price, but they ended up cutting the pipe in the house a few inches short. The coupling between the newly installed line and the existing pipe in my basement came loose twice in the first 12 months. I now have to go readjust it every few months because there is no way to fix the issue at this point.

DO NOT USE BERKSHIRE ROOTER. He is a scam. He came out to fix a clog, then told me that the whole system needs to be replaced. They'd have to dig up the yard and the street, hire a police officer etc... He said I was looking at 8k and that it absolutely needed to be done, there were no less expensive fixes.nI got a second opinion, and it turns out everything he said was a lie. It was a small fix, they dug up a small hole in my yard and replaced a piece of pipe. It cost me 800 bucks.
