Arby's

I was very disappointed with the Gyros taste and preparation... Normally, my Gyros are excellent and warm and the bread is warm ...I ordered a couple Gyros and they were cold I would have taken him back if I had time... if they serve a gyro like that again I will not be back and I'm sure many others will not either... I am very disappointed I've been telling everyone how delicious your lamb Gyros are...

First time ever going to Arby's. I was neither impressed not disappointed with the food. I was impressed with how quickly the staff filled our big order. Overall, 5 stars for the service, 3 for the food, making this a 4

They messed up our order by giving us 6 orders of potato cakes when all we wanted was two and did not know until after we paid. They also have been very slow even when not busy making us wait for more then 5 minutes to get our drive-through order. As a company I am not getting food from you any longer.

It was the best experience there the crew was polite and attended to all our needs .The food was really good going soon again.

I ordered the Big and cheddar but there's hardly any cheese on it. Still a good sandwich but would have liked more cheese.
