They are an amazing family owned company. They have cleaned my carpets and upholstery several times and I have always been pleased with the service. If there is ever a spot left after the carpet dries the owner Aaron comes to retouch it free of charge. Very reasonably priced too.
Not a single problem ever! Aaron stored and cleaned 4 different size rugs and stored them for months while we were under construction AND took are of all the installed carpeting after construction was completed. Never a problem.
We have used Salisbury Rug and Carpet a couple times now. Aaron always makes the carpet look like new. Strongly recommend!
This rug cleaning was almost too easy! The pick up and the delivery were a bonus! The hard part was telling the dog to wait for her walk a bit, until the rug was picked up. It was done in a week!
Aaron called to state that he was running early & if that would be ok; he was polite; courteous and respectful of our home while completing the work. He cleaned the carpets in our home as well as a runner and area rug
