Best carpet cleaning service in the area! We used a different company when we first moved in and it was horrible. He came in and cleaned the carpets in my house and stairs. The service made my off white carpets look brand new. Clean and looks great! Owner was very professional and courteous. Great job! Highly recommended!!
If you want professional timely (on time) service, with the best prices then I recommend that you look no further.
I did not have a good experience with this company. I was sent a text stating that He would arrive between 4:15 and 4:30. I explained to Mr. Wilkins that I did not get off work until 4 and he said it wasn’t a problem. My daughter called me at work and said that he was sitting outside at 3:55. I pulled in my driveway at 4:10 and he was gone. When I called him, he said he was at my house at 4:15 and I said no you wasn’t because I pulled in at 4:10. He said maybe my clock is 5 minutes fast. He didn’t offer to come back or reschedule. Very unprofessional...I found another company that was more reasonable priced and was willing to work with my schedule.

I absolutely love my carpet now and it didn’t take long at all for Mr. Wilkins to finish, it didn’t take long for it to dry, and I know it’s worth every dollar. I would gladly refer him to anyone.
