If I could give zero stars I would. The staff seems to not want to do the job. Almost two years ago I decided to give them a try. The attendant was nice and always did a great job...one day I came in and she was replaced by another lady and that is when the nightmare started. First of all she suggested that it was an expensive service and seemed shocked when I told her I had used the service many times before. I asked where the lady I normally worked with was and was told she no longer worked there due to getting pregnant. After that EVERYTIME I came she had a complaint. I had too many Baskets, This service was for single people not families, my clothes needed to be sorted etc. ... after that the quality of the service was horrible. After getting fed up and going over to the cleaners to speak to the manager who was not there. I spoke to the employees who was there and was told that I could bring my clothes directly to them to be done and both places did laundry. I still took a break from the service. Well today I decided to give it another go and meet the same issues. No one wanted to take my laundry. I'm so over this company at this point. I don't mind paying for convenience...I make plenty of money to pay for it but I expect to paying for a quality job/service. I wish I had the owners contact information smh.

The management and staff was not a star rating team . I dropped my clothes off to be serviced and the details was poor along with customer service the attendant on hand Betty was not friendly and only was interested in a tip . ( TIP :To Insure Proper Service) When I arrived to pick up my laundry she informed me we don’t pick up your bags . No problem but don’t greet me with this information before you acknowledge my presence and to be just one step worsening they included someone personal undergarments in my clothes . I feel attention wasn’t given considering all facts and the management had poor excuses and his hands full No excusesnFuture reference don’t offer a service you cant adequately provide or not staffed to do
