Zero rags out available for customers no spray bottles available. I asked the young lady twice to get rags and spray bottles and she did not even return to tell me yes or no. I had to walk inside find a young gentleman and tell him that I needed rags and bottles and so does every other customer out there looking for it. I waited 20 minutes for the young lady to not even return to tell me yes or no no rags no spray bottles. I guess my first time experience getting gas and a car wash will be my last. I will take my business back to tidal wave. Worst customer experience ever!!!nn4/9 Update, still waiting on district manager to reach out, still nothing. Best carwash in town they take care of my grandma every time she goes as well and she always has the greatest things to say about your employees so I had to leave a review for her and me
Good car wash not the best but don't come with a dirty car it will come out half clean
The car wash itself was great! My vehicle was shining but, the vaccums are not very good I went to 2 different ones trying to get one that worked good. Other than that I had a good experience.
