Our house had an unexpected septic emergency, and most of the businesses we called were ~3 weeks out for service. Roto-Rooter was the exception: they promptly answered our call on a Wednesday afternoon and were out here pumping out the septic tank the following morning. They answered our questions, pointed out some other issues with the tank we need to consider, and were professional throughout. We can't thank these gents (and their whole team behind-the-scenes) enough for their work here. They'll be our go-to for septic work moving forward. Absolutely recommended.
Nick and Avery were professional and knowledgeable. I had a septic tank clogged with roots and my pipe leading to the tank was broken. They worked hard on a warm day to fix a very difficult issue. They also explained to me what they were doing as they went along and advised me on how to prevent further issues. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.
