We went there a year or so ago. Lost money in several machines. We tried numerous times to contact the owners for a refund. Nothing. No call back. Nothing. So something has changed. Place is now clean. An attendant is on site. There's a few none working machines however there's a sign on them. We will definitely return for doing quilts and such. For a laundry it was a really good experience.
Very little in this facilty works correctly if it works at all. It has become a hangout of sorts for people who apparantly have no where else to go. There is no employees or owners ever onsite or atleast not on any occasion (regardless the day or time) and there have been many visits here. There is also no phone to use in an emergency situation. Not do they have wifi. They dont even have low prices there. So unless you just want a bad experience i would not reccommend you come here. Go to family laudry on highlands rd instead!
This laundry mat is not bad. It is always somewhat clean and most of the washers and dryers work. I have not had any issues with any machines here. I would recommend if you need a place to wash and dry your clothes.

I usually come here to do laundry. Usually don’t have a major problem. Sometimes machines won’t take the money but that’s when I use another machine. This time the change machine took my money and kept it. Whoever runs the business needs to contact me and give me my money back. Check you messages and your voicemail. Let me know when I can get my money back. I just DONT have $20 to throw around.
