Gave a 1 because couldn't go lower. Place cracked my windshield and refused to even help w fixing it. People pay good money to wash their vehicle's there its only right that once in a blue moon they have to take care of an unsatisfied customer. Don't bother calling for issues cause they basically tell you to kick rocks
Got most expensive wash. It missed a few spots on a simple flat surface. Not a big deal, but far from perfect. Also soap and wax distribution was not even. Also vacuum timer is unreasonably short - not enough for minimum cleaning. Convenient location.
Touchless for $11.00. Did a nice job on the Jeep even on the tires.
Membership stopped working. Charged me called the office no one answered, left a message on the machine they said they'll call back within 24 hours.. still nothing after 2-3 weeks
The kid with the brush hit the top of my car with the handle when I pulled in.
