Wow. I payed for the extra cleaning and it was COMPLETELY worth it. My car went across country with a 5 and a 7yo.... You cannot tell. It's beautiful.

The wash was fine. Got out to get the hand work. Did a car first that came in after us. Very long wait.
The best wash in Franklin for sure. The ladies outside work hard, be sure to tip! That being said, the wash is expensive for what it is, probably due to volume of customers more than anything. It's always, always packed so not sure how true that is, but coming from $10-15 quality automatic washes in Florida, the sticker shock was real. They really need to be able to move cars through quicker too, maybe a second lane would work if they had space! Free wash program is a plus.nnTl;dr, expensive but good, the best aspect is their staff detailing at the end.
They do an excellent job!! The girls are like a swarm of busy bees, spraying, wiping and polishing the cars. Friendly and smiling, they are hard workers! Very reasonable prices, too.
