This is a horrible place. I took my wedding dress to this place for them to clean and box it. It has been almost 7 years and I havent gotten any reimbursement for it. They had my info and knew where I worked and didn't bother to keep in touch with me even after I called them at least once a week about the matter. Richard knew how to get in contact with me and failed to do so. Also Aaron kew me personally and didn't do anything either. I do not recommend this place if you have items that mean a lot to you. Yoi may be in the same place that I am in and only have the memories of it not the physical item.
