Usually don’t write reviews but we love this store! This hardware store has so much charisma! My husband and I recently moved here and these guys have been so helpful. I would rather go to local Ace than big box Lowe’s. Big thanks to Joseph who helped us brainstorm for our project. Thanks Ace Hardware crew!!

Was denied Military discount today when trying to buy a pack of wall anchors. Ace used to always give this discount in the past. One of the major reason I use them over Lowes. I never cared if things were a little more since I respect local business but after this I will take my business to Lowes where at least they look out for Military members. Lost a lot of respect for this company.

Yesterday I wrote a letter negative review of Haywood Hardware's employees. I am a visitor here and went to two hardware stores. When asked to write a review, I confused the stores. These guys are super. When my 92 year old mother comes here, employees scramble to help her. Please disregard my previous post and I am so sorry. Great place, great employees.
