Called on the phone to see if they had what I needed was told they did this is the third trip there in over 2 weeks that they said they had the stuff I needed and they don't have the stuff I needed what a waste of time and energy

I needed a tub spout with a shower diverter. They had a universal one in stock that appeared it would work, but I was concerned that it may not be the correct size for my pipe and I would end up bringing it back. Bruce opened the clamshell package, we tested it on a sample pipe and it was exactly what I was looking for.
