I would post a 0 if I could! Picked up a skirt I had only owned shortly and worn once. When the skirt was brought to me, it had bleach spots all over it. I was extremely upset. I asked the employee what happened to my skirt, and she pretended to have no idea what I was saying, then just said “it was chemicals” and some other words I could not understand. She did not offer to attempt to reclean or give my money back. I should have demanded a refund, but I was so angry I just wanted to leave. I will not be returning here ever again and will be sure to tell friends and family to not go here.
